Job Title: Client Support Specialist">

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and success of our clients.

    The primary objective of this position is to coordinate support services and community participation programs that promote long-term and sustainable tenancies. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve this goal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinating Support Services

      Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and participation in community programs.

      Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

    2. Maintaining Client Records

      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including communication logs and file notes.

    3. Conducting Property Inspections

      Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair issues.

      Work with clients to address any concerns or issues related to property care and use.

    4. Promoting Neighborhood Engagement

      Foster positive relationships with clients and their neighbors to promote a sense of community.

      Address any neighborhood complaints or concerns in a fair and timely manner.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Knowledge of Tenancy Legislation

      Possess a thorough understanding of relevant tenancy legislation and social housing policies.

    2. Social Housing Expertise

      Demonstrate experience working with clients who require social housing support.

    3. Communication Skills

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
