About This Opportunity
  • You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all areas of the community are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • You will lead a dynamic team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them grow and develop.
  • You will be responsible for managing tenancy paperwork, maintaining confidential resident records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • You will promote the community through tours, networking, and events, and collaborate with marketing teams to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • You will uphold safety standards, conduct regular site audits, and ensure that contractors comply with our policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate
  • You will have strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • You will have hands-on experience in property and grounds maintenance, and be able to respond to emergencies and problem-solve independently.
  • You will present yourself professionally, be self-motivated, empathetic, and thrive in a community-focused environment where resident wellbeing is a priority.
  • You will hold relevant certifications, such as First Aid and Food Safety Supervisor, and have a current driver's licence.
