Job Overview

This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional services. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in healthcare, technology, and consulting.

A degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. An interest or background in healthcare, consulting, or software is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Interpretation & Modelling:
    • Analyse workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development.
  • Software Implementation & Training:
    • Assist with software rollouts, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
  • Client Support & Engagement:
    • Respond to queries, build relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Business Consulting:
    • Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
  • Documentation & Communication:
    • Create user guides, training materials, and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Partner with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless client solutions.
