Workforce Solutions Consultant

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply analytical skills in a dynamic and growing sector. As a Workforce Solutions Consultant, you will support clients across Australia and New Zealand in interpreting workforce data, implementing software solutions, and exploring the financial and operational impacts of workforce models.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to new software are also essential. A background in economics, commerce, human resources, applied mathematics, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to inform client decision-making and business case development.
  • Assist with software implementation, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional client support and engagement, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborate internally with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless client solutions.

Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Interest or background in healthcare, consulting, or software strongly preferred.
