Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to make a real difference in our organization's growth and success.
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring that all recruitment activities are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients and external candidates
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar role.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities
The key focus of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an effective end-to-end recruitment service. This includes:
- Writing and posting ads on various job boards
- Supporting HR Business Partners with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Providing advice and guidance to other business leaders around HR policies, procedures, and recruitment best practice
- Managing the Careers inbox and replying to queries in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting and following up on employment-related background checking
- Invoicing and reconciliation of credit card statements
- Ensuring all employee data is complete, accurate, and current
- Providing recruitment metrics and key talent/market insights to business when required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Relevant experience in a similar role ideally within People & Culture
- Experience doing end-to-end talent acquisition
- Ideally a qualification in HR or similar
- Strong administrative and reporting/analytical skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge/influence/coach stakeholders
- Experience with projects and implementing process improvements
- Awareness of the current recruitment market
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
