We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

About the Role:

  • Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and ensure the safety, quality, and Busways standards are followed at all times.
  • Maintain all company vehicles and assets in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures.
  • Attend breakdowns and carry out any field-related mechanical repairs.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate any safety or maintenance issues.
  • Adhere to all Work, Health & Safety requirements while performing work duties.
  • Maintain clean workshop practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications essential (MVTC).
  • Experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles, we would be happy to provide training to assist you in developing these skills.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Sound level of verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Be proactive with a drive to finding better ways to continuously improve and be adaptable in a dynamic and growing team.
  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or have working rights in Australia.

What We Offer:

  • $3000 sign-on bonus.
  • Attractive remuneration and benefits: $105,000 - $120,000 average annual earnings exclusive of superannuation.

Salary: The salary for this position is approximately $39.50 - $46.00 per hour, based on experience. This equates to an estimated annual salary of $105,000 - $120,000. Additionally, you will receive a $3000 sign-on bonus over the first two years of employment.
