Master Technician

Busways is a leading provider of bus services in Australia, operating in Western Sydney, North Shore and West, Central Coast and North Coast, and Adelaide's Outer South.

The estimated salary for this role is $105,000-$120,000 per annum, based on average annual earnings exclusive of superannuation.

This compensation package includes a $3000 sign-on bonus, which will be paid in segments over the first 2 years of employment.

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Master Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, assembling, and ensuring safety, quality, and Busways standards are followed at all times.

You will maintain all company vehicles and assets in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines and ensure all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures.

This role requires a mature and professional approach with excellent communication skills. You will also be required to attend breakdowns and carry out any field-related mechanical repairs effectively and efficiently.

• Rlevant trade qualifications essential (MVTC)
• Experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles, with a focus on Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics
• Sound level of verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
• Proactive approach with a drive to find better ways to continuously improve and adapt to a dynamic and growing team
