Compensation Package

We offer an attractive remuneration package that includes:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $37.31-$41.96 per hour, depending on skills and experience
  • An attendance allowance of $32 paid daily
  • Overtime opportunities to enhance your earnings potential
  • An annual leave loading of 17.5%
About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a mature and professional approach, with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and cleaning vehicle surfaces prior to paint application, involving filing, grinding, and sanding to restore a smooth finish
  2. Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels
  3. Maintaining spray-painting equipment and tools provided by the company
  4. Providing body structural, accident damage, and associated repairs, services, and maintenance to vehicles as required, working on associated components within the skill level of the position
  5. Performing maintenance, preparation, replacement, and repairs to all vehicle body components, panels, frames, and door systems
  6. Manufacturing, servicing, and fitting vehicle components constructed from materials such as aluminum, timber, steel, stainless steel, glass, fiberglass, sealing, and bonding materials
Eligibility Criteria

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Sound level and demonstrated skills in a spray-painting role
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to adhere to safety standards and company policies
  • Sound level of verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
