We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our dynamic team and embark on a transformative journey.

  • About the Role
  • As a Graduate, you will be part of an 18-month rotational program that provides a unique opportunity to gain experience across three teams: Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Customer Solutions.
  • You will work closely with experienced professionals, leveraging your skills and knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing outbound calls and appointment setting for Business Development teams
  • Reviewing reports and interpreting data to highlight priorities in Revenue Operations Rotation
  • Supporting Account Managers and assisting tradies through triaging service calls and re-onboarding in Customer Solutions Rotation
  • Ensuring integrity through data management in CRM
  • Assisting senior sales specialists with projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Marketing
  • Previous experience (paid or unpaid) in a sales/office environment
  • Interest in technology or mobile platforms and well-versed in G suite
  • Great communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Meticulous in attention to detail with a can-do, team attitude
