Job Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to perform month-end closing processes, including intercompany activities, accruals, and provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial information systems, including SAP and BI tools.
