Job Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management and the board of directors
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 7+ years relevant professional experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large and complex organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
