About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support the growth and profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Design and implement financial systems and processes to improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • 7+ years relevant professional experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a big 4 or financial controlling role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial information systems (SAP/BI/consolidation tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
