Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a vital role in establishing and managing collaborations with partners and stakeholders within our Natural Ecosystems Focus Area.

This position will involve providing strategic advice and support to team members, enabling the effective execution of our organization's goals.

  • Establish and manage collaborations with partners in line with our partnering philosophy and processes.
  • Provide advice to team members to strengthen outcomes by deepening their understanding of partnership management practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to scope and develop partnership agreements.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Assess partnerships for strategic value and alignment, effectiveness, and learnings.
  • Maintain broad sector knowledge and build strong, values-aligned relationships and networks across enabling functions and multiple stakeholders.

Key qualifications include around 10 years' experience working in the oceans, climate, or biodiversity sectors, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes, demonstrated success in an advisory role, and advanced digital skills.
