We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will provide advisory services and design end-to-end solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct client workshops to elicit business requirements and document user stories.
- Work with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Architects to design solutions centered on the Salesforce platform.
- Take ownership of project initiatives from Discovery through to Delivery.
- 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Salesforce Consultant/Salesforce BA.
- Experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud, with accreditations highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Strong technical background and computer skills.
- Ability to transform complex concepts into understandable artefacts.
