Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Gardener/Horticultural Plant Technician to join our team. As a key member of the horticulture department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for plants at client sites throughout Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a passion for plants and a keen interest in horticulture. You will work independently, driving company vehicles to care for plants, installing and replacing plants/pots at client sites, assisting with weekly stock preparation, loading/unloading vehicles (up to 10kg), ensuring ongoing equipment care/maintenance, and assisting with yard maintenance.

A Horticultural qualification would be beneficial, but we also offer training and opportunities for career growth. If you are passionate about plants and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for plants/horticulture
  • Some horticultural experience preferred (not essential)
  • Fitness/health – pre-employment medical may be required
  • Ability to work unsupervised confidently and competently
  • Excellent work attitude – friendly, enthusiastic, well-groomed
  • Current Driver's license (manual licence a bonus) with good driving record
