About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plant care team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planting and transplanting of seeds, bulbs, flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with the daily maintenance of our gardens, including watering, weeding, fertilizing, and mowing lawns.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by helping customers select the perfect plants for their needs.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive store environment.
