We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Specialist to provide exceptional care and maintenance of indoor plants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our plant collections, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing.
You will also be involved in the installation and removal of plants from clients' premises, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintaining effective communication with client contacts on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert horticultural services to ensure optimal plant health
- Install and remove plants from clients' premises as required
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Valid manual driver's license
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using mobile phone apps and tablets
- Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and expand client relationships
