Role Overview

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing key performance indicators of exceptional customer service, and supervising and coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of restaurant operations
  • Manage all expected key performance indicators of exceptional customer service, including customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Deliver ZSG food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Highly motivated natural leader with a passion for food and restaurant operations
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive 'can-do' attitude
