Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store and kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
