Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a key role in our community support team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily tasks and supporting mental health challenges
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team in various settings, including Supported Independent Living, In Home, Clinical Settings, and Community Access environments
  • Prioritizing workloads and responding to emergent situations

We excel in complex support environments and are committed to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and mental health support needs.

About You:
  • Experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans
  • Ability to manage mental health challenges and prioritize workloads
  • Capacity to work across a rotating roster (including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts)

Requirements:

  • A current driver's licence
  • Experience with disabilities and mental health support services
