About This Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide essential services to our clients in their homes and local community.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver a range of domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, personal grooming and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance.

You will also provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their well-being at all times.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

  • A Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability OR Home and Community Care), OR Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (not required but necessary for commencing work)
  • Excellent communications skills with good spoken and written English

To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights and current Police & Working With Children Checks.
