The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Support Worker located in Woodcroft to join our support workers who make a difference in the community.

  • Providing everyday support with daily activities around the home.
  • Support with hygiene and personal care.
  • Assistance and support outside the home environment.
  • Medication assistance and dispensation.
  • Meal assistance including meal preparation.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability.
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker.
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid, CPR, and National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
  • Clear English verbal and written skills required.
