The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our team. This role provides support to employees by handling administration, accounts, logistics, and procurement tasks.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts administration, operation management, and logistics in a small to medium-sized company, preferably in the mining industry
  • Commitment to safety standards through personal actions
  • Sound problem identification and solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Extensive computer literacy skills, including Microsoft suite
  • Initiative and self-motivation, discipline, and systematic approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver required outcomes autonomously
  • Raise purchase orders, goods receipting, and perform invoice verification
  • Manage logistics, including freight, export & import, monitoring, and coordinating container movements for shipment, permit approvals, and any other shipment documentation required prior to shipment
  • Analyze and forecast shipment requirements within the company
  • Liaise and coordinate with logistic supply chain for exports container requirements
  • Evaluate work activities for safe completion
  • Support administration, procurement, and ad-hoc when required
