Job Description

The role of a Change Manager involves the implementation and management of changes to an organization's processes, systems, or structure. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of business change initiatives.


As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and assess potential risks associated with changes. You will also develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the continued success of the organization.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of change management strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business change initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans
  • Providing training and coaching to employees on change management principles

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–5 years of dedicated experience in change management
  • A strong background in investment management or financial services
  • Understanding of the investment lifecycle, including:
    • Front Office: Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management
    • Middle Office: Risk Management, Compliance, Performance Attribution
    • Back Office: Trade Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reporting
