  • Assist with change management activities, including communication, training, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in change management and a solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 4-5 years of dedicated change management experience.
  • Background in investment management or financial services.
  • Understanding of the investment lifecycle, including front office, middle office, and back office processes.
  • Experience in supporting Portfolio Management System (PMS) implementations is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, or similar is highly advantageous.
