Job Title: Operations Director

As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management function across our stores and corporate offices.

This strategic role involves developing and implementing national facilities maintenance plans to drive continuous improvement in service efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong background knowledge of facilities management or property leadership, with 10–15 years of experience in the field.

They will also demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner across diverse stakeholders.

A strategic mindset and strong leadership capability are essential for this role, as well as the ability to balance operational delivery and long-term planning.

Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering, or related disciplines (trade qualifications in electrical/air-conditioning highly regarded).
