We are seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team at Batard. As a Sommelier, you will work closely with our talented wine team to deliver exceptional wine experiences to our guests.

", "Key Responsibilities": "
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list that showcases the best of old and new world wines
  • Provide expert wine knowledge and recommendations to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create wine pairing menus
  • Manage wine inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, including old and new world varieties
