Chief Product Innovations Manager

A product technologist will drive quality, ensure compliance, and support innovation of fresh produce products as part of the Fresh Produce team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create value by executing brand strategies
- Leverage past product performance to drive commercial outcomes
- Deliver supplier accountability and performance in quality and safety
- Engage strategically with category teams and suppliers
- Apply strategic thinking to instigate change in the industry
Requirements:
- Qualifications in agriculture science or equivalent experience
- Technical management experience
- High care experience is desirable
- Understanding of labelling and ingredient declarations
- Proven experience in supplier management investigations traceability audit response and data analysis
- Understanding of food safety requirements ethical and sustainability platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of Fresh Produce Supply Chain
- Strong planning time management stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
