Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Melbourne. As an integral part of our Retail Large Enterprise team, you will work closely with CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders to help them leverage our world-class IT research and advisory services for digital transformation and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to C-level executives on business and IT challenges and opportunities.
  • Support CIOs and technology executives in making confident technology investment decisions using Gartner's research.
  • Connect clients with Gartner analysts for strategic advisory sessions on emerging technologies, vendor selection, and IT strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to expand IT research and advisory services within existing retail large enterprise accounts.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services, serving large retail institutions.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise technology trends and the retail technology landscape.
  • A proven track record of building relationships with C-level technology decision makers.
  • The ability to articulate complex technology concepts to senior executives.
