Graduate Program

We offer a structured training program that includes job training specific to your role, participation in a rotational program and shadowing senior executives. These opportunities allow you to develop skills and gain industry experience.

The graduate program runs for 12 months from early February each year. Successful completion leads to salary advancement and relocation assistance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Australian citizen at the time of application
  • Completed an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor degree) or higher equivalent by end of 2026
  • Completed most recent, eligible qualification between 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026
  • Valid security clearance if required

Required Skills:

Candidates should have formal qualifications or majors in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines with a strong IT component.

ICT job roles include Software Engineer, Infrastructure and Platform Engineer, and Cybersecurity Analyst.
