Cyber Security Professional Opportunities

Our organization is seeking a skilled cyber security expert to join our team.
This contract role involves delivering advanced cyber security support services to improve the agency's overall cyber resilience, as well as mentoring junior analysts and working with the team lead to identify improvements to the Cyber Security function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cutting-edge cyber security support services to enhance the agency's cyber framework
- Mentor junior professionals to deliver effective cyber security policy, procedures, and manage competing priorities
- Support the agency's efforts to achieve Essential 8 maturity through targeted initiatives
- Operate sophisticated cyber security systems such as Splunk, Tenable, and CyberArk
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and undertake a diverse workload
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering advanced cyber security support services
- Ability to work independently and professionally, including providing mentorship support to junior analysts
- Experience contributing to organizational outcomes, particularly supporting the agency's efforts to achieve Essential 8 maturity
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and stakeholder engagement
