Job Title: Cyber Security Lead

Modis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative professional to take on a challenging role in the field of cyber security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and directing a comprehensive cyber security capability that ensures information and systems are secure, information is protected, and business and technology operations are compliant with specified security frameworks, standards, policies, and legislation.

Key responsibilities include working with direct team members, third-party service providers, consortium leadership teams, and governance bodies to provide a comprehensive cyber security management capability, ensuring systems, technologies, processes, and teams achieve and maintain security compliance, and providing security guidance, advice, and direction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry security standards, including the Essential Eight, Australian Government ISM and PSPF, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and demonstrated experience in achieving and maintaining compliance with cyber security standards for enterprise digital systems.

They will also have proven experience in leading cyber security governance, management, and operations teams, as well as designing, validating, and managing the security of digital systems in high-security environments.
