The Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the business, responsible for shaping our future. This dynamic professional thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving tangible business results across various platforms.
This role encompasses overseeing paid advertising, managing online retail operations, partnering with stakeholders, using data to optimize media buying, supporting site performance, leading creative asset development, and building influencer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">- Proven experience in managing digital commerce and paid media in consumer industries.
- Deep knowledge of successful D2C, retail, and marketplace eCommerce operations.
- Skilled in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Proven success with influencer programs, content marketing, and community engagement.
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, creative, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
- Capable project manager adept at managing multiple deadlines in a test-and-learn environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee and refine paid advertising across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, to maximize visibility, drive conversions, and improve ROI.
- Manage online retail operations, including brand website, third-party marketplaces, and retail partner integrations, focusing on merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to scale digital commerce and enhance the customer journey.
- Use data and analytics to optimize media buying, audience targeting, and conversion paths.
- Support site performance and conversion rate improvements with web and digital teams.
- Lead the development of creative assets for social channels and marketplaces, including content for product listings.
- Manage content producers and creative agencies to deliver engaging visuals and messaging.
- Build and manage influencer relationships and UGC programs to grow brand loyalty and engagement.
- Monitor digital trends to keep content relevant and attention-grabbing.
- Design and execute product trial initiatives like sampling campaigns and brand activations.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to integrate sampling within broader marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign and sales data to inform strategies and investments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment.
- Manage digital budgets to ensure effective spend aligned with KPIs and ROI.
