Job Title: Mental Health Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Goulburn, providing person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
  • Assess patients' needs and provide support to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
