Job Description

This role involves leading the prep cohort and progressing the Early Years Reading Inquiry, working in a large, highly motivated leadership team dedicated to being precise and inspirational. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on improving student outcomes, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and fostering positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
