About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Operate various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

About You:

  • You will be working both indoors and outdoors, requiring the ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness, with a passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Physical fitness is essential, as you will be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide range of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
