**About the Role**

At Uniting, we're seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at North Parramatta Outside School Hours Care. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing quality education and care to children, helping support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children
  • Support the ongoing development of children
  • Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Foster relationships with families and children throughout the centre

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about working with all age groups
  • Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework- My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
