Job Opportunity:
">This is a role for a skilled and dedicated individual who can play a key part in our customs clearance process.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth passage of goods through customs, adhering to industry procedures and transit time standards.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Authorise operational requirements to facilitate efficient customs and security clearances;">
- Ensure compliance with Australian Customs, Quarantine, and Inspection regulations;">
- Identify tariff benefits, concessions, and initiatives to optimise clearance processes for customers;">
- Provide expert advice on tariff classifications and concessions while addressing client inquiries;">
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships;">
- Contribute to timely lodgment of declarations and attainment of clearances;">
- Maximise pre-clearance levels and implement process improvements;">
- Maintain accurate client product files, ensure data integrity, and liaise with internal teams and service providers to support smooth operations;">
About You:
">We are looking for someone with a valid Customs Broker License and AEP Accreditation 19.1 (NCCC) & 19.2 (AEPCOM).
">You should have strong communication and customer service abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customs-related issues.
">Able to meet KPIs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
">Strong knowledge of Australian customs regulations, tariff classifications, and duty minimisation strategies.
">Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
