About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to support our Playgroups team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and reporting on projects in the Community Development and Participation area.
- This is a fixed-term, full-time role based in Moruya until 14 August 2026.
- The starting salary for this position is $3,253.08 per fortnight plus superannuation.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A strong background in community development and participation.
- Experience in leadership roles, with demonstrated community consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including prioritisation, event management and meeting deadlines.
- Substantial knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office products.

What We Offer
- 35 hours per week for administrative staff and 38 hours per week for operational staff.

- Up to 3 days leave to cover Council closure at end of year period.
- 9 weeks Council-provided paid maternity leave (conditional).
