Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.

This role provides critical support for our institution's IT infrastructure, serving as a key escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring the continuity of digital services across the organisation.

The post holder will collaborate closely with both 1st and 2nd line, project and development teams to maintain and enhance service delivery.

Role Details

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in a high-complexity environment, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and implementing service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.
  • Support both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure and contribute to cybersecurity posture through monitoring, patching, and incident response.
  • Act as a digital ambassador, delivering high-quality technical support and guidance to stakeholders and staff.
