We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer to join our team.

This is a part-time role working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm.

  • The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
  • Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records.
  • Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary.
  • Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software.
  • Recruitment and HR administration assistance.
Requirements:
  • A demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • A high level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office.
  • An excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills.
  • An enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking.
  • A warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people.
  • An excellent personal presentation.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
