Work as an Audiologist in a dynamic environment, providing hearing services to diverse clients and contributing to the well-being of Australians.

  • Evaluate auditory issues of adult clients using established Australian Hearing methods and standards.
  • Offer rehabilitative support including hearing aid fitting, assistive listening devices, and communication strategies as needed.
  • Refer clients to relevant professionals or seek guidance from senior audiologists when necessary.
  • Participate in on-site and home visits to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, allied health agencies, and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client.
  • Promote services in the community through marketing/public relations activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, manage client workload, and meet performance targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology.
  • Active membership with the Audiology Society of Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
  • Understanding of the Hearing Services Program.
  • Experience with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
  • Ability to travel to various locations for clinical work.
  • Capacity to adapt to business changes in clinical practice, products, and policies.
