Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Development Lead Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Pharmacy Learning and Development Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of core clinical education activities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and education, with a strong track record of developing and implementing innovative programs. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical education programs for interns, undergraduates, residents, and advanced residents
  • Design and deliver training sessions on clinical pharmacy and extended scope of practice activities
  • Conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program outcomes and progress

Requirements:

  • Registered pharmacist in Australia
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or clinical education (highly desirable)
  • Extensive experience in leading or developing educational programs
  • Extensive clinical pharmacy experience in a tertiary care setting
