About the Department

The pharmacy is a leading provider of high-quality patient-focused services, education, and training programs, as well as significant research output.

It operates across four sites within Alfred Health and advocates for postgraduate learning and research interests with supportive partnerships and expert mentors available to foster staff development.

Digital Health Strategy

The department has a strategic approach to digital health playing a pivotal role in managing the electronic medication management system within our comprehensive electronic medical record (Cerner).

This is complemented by a strong clinical presence and a Centre for Medicine Use and Safety program to achieve a considered, safe, and financially responsible approach to medication management.

About the Role

The Clinical Leadership position provides progressive, patient-centred pharmacy services to Alfred Health's Brain Program.

The position will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of clinical pharmacy services within the Alfred Brain clinical team including pharmacist-led outpatient clinics in accordance with service protocols.
