About the Job

The Senior Pharmacist position provides progressive, patient-centred pharmacy services to Alfred Health's Brain Program consisting of Neurology, Epilepsy, Neurosurgery, stroke and related units across both inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight across patient care
  • Deliver day-to-day clinical pharmacy services within the Alfred Brain clinical team
  • Work in collaboration with the Lead and Senior Pharmacists in the broader pharmacy team

Requirements

  • Registered pharmacist in Australia
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or leadership and management highly desirable
  • Extensive hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical pharmacist position
