Job Title: Production Operator

This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotating roster of day and night shifts. The day shift runs from 6am to 6pm, while the night shift operates from 6pm to 6am. The roster involves working four consecutive days followed by five days off, then returning to work for another four-day period.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • They must have prior experience in this area and hold relevant trade or technical qualifications.
  • A mechanical aptitude is essential, and experience operating a forklift would be advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • They must also be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times.
  • Regularly reviewing work processes and assisting in identifying improvements will also be part of the role.
