About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations professional to join our team as a Head of Sales Operations. This is a full-time opportunity that will play a critical role in driving sales growth and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Refine Sales Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Define and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our sales team and operations.
  • Design and Administer Sales Compensation Plans: Develop and manage sales commission structures, bonuses, and incentives to motivate our sales team.
  • Identify Training Needs and Provide Support: Work with sales enablement teams to ensure our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align sales operations with other departments.
  • Oversee CRM Systems and Sales Tools: Manage the use and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
  • Evaluate and Implement New Technologies: Assess and implement new technologies to enhance the sales process and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Meet KPIs and Administration Tasks: Ensure timely completion of administration tasks and meet KPIs related to sales operations.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience in Sales Operations: Proven track record of success in sales operations, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or related Tech environment.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to translate customer and internal requirements into business system and process outputs.
  • Innovative and Autonomous: Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to improve sales processes and operations.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
