Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our dedicated team in managing a national commercial and retail portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ Years of Property Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing portfolios and driving results.
  • Real Estate License: Class 1 license preferred; Class 2 essential for this role.
  • Strong Knowledge of Building Services: Up-to-date knowledge of building services and real estate market activities.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiation and Organizational Skills: Strong negotiation and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to build key relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
