About the Role

This pivotal position guides a team of specialists in navigating complex and sensitive employee relations matters.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the Employee and Industrial Relations team at the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), providing strategic guidance on industrial relations matters and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Critical leadership role in shaping a fair, responsive, and high-performing workplace across DCJ.
  • Lead a team of specialists and work closely with senior executives, unions, and stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes in a complex environment.
Requirements
