About The Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead business planning, quality assurance, and contract management across Commercial Development & Management. This individual will be responsible for steering the delivery of services provided by outsourced service providers, high-impact business projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting is aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will shape best-practice frameworks, build strong supplier relationships, train and prepare the team for delivery. Key challenges include balancing strategic planning, contractor performance, and risk management, consistently exceeding stakeholder expectations and driving results.

We are looking for an innovative and collaborative leader who can communicate ideas clearly, influence outcomes, and foster collaboration across teams. If you have experience in commercial property, understand profit and loss accounts, budget management, and financial performance, we want to hear from you.

  • Lead business planning and quality assurance for Commercial Development & Management, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop contract and procurement processes for outsourced property and facilities management services, driving supplier performance and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement best-practice frameworks, ensuring team alignment, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery.
  • Communicate ideas clearly, influence outcomes, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Navigate complex challenges, think strategically, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve shared goals and deliver high-impact results.
  • Engage stakeholders, building trust, ensuring alignment, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial property experience, understanding profit and loss accounts, budget management, and financial performance.
  • Manage outsourced service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Grasp asset portfolio performance and business operations, translating insights into strategic decisions.

Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills and experience are required.
